Keystone Education Yields Success (KEYS)
Provided by funding from the Pennsylvania Department of Welfare, the Keystone Education Yields Success (KEYS) program is a joint venture between the Department of Welfare and Pennsylvania Community Colleges. At our college, KEYS is open to participants receiving Training Aid for Needy Families (TANF) funds who are enrolled at Luzerne County Community College. This program provides academic, personal, and career support services and financial assistance to participants while they are attending college.
