Luzerne County Community College will offer credit courses for the fall semester in Northumberland and Kulpmont. Students can register for courses in Northumberland and Kulpmont at the Northumberland County Career Center at 2 Arch Street, Shamokin.
Courses scheduled to be offered at the Northumberland Center include Algebra, Accounting, Biological Science, Business, CPR, English, Ethics, Health and Physical Education, History, Chemistry, Sociology, Psychology, Speech, and Early Childhood Education. Also, Art Appreciation, Reading, Criminal Justice, Economics, First Year Experience, Keyboarding, Computer Literacy, Math, and others.
Courses scheduled to be offered at the College's Kulpmont site include Anatomy & Physiology and Pharmacology/Pathophysiology.
Both day and evening classes are offered at the Northumberland Center and the Kulpmont Center.
Classes for the fall semester will begin on Tuesday, September 2 and end on Friday, December 12. Final exams will be held from Saturday, December 13 through Friday,
