| At the NRHEC Center and the Kulpmont Center, the College partners with business
and industry, and the state system of higher education to offer a wide
range of customized training in a flexible, convenient, accessible
facility. In addition, the Center is the ideal location to deliver vital
information through workshops, seminars, teleconferences, and distance
learning. The NRHEC Center is equipped with advanced technology and able
to provide the interactive learning necessary for workforce training. The
Kulpmont Center is equipped with up to date nurses training aids. With a
proven track record of being receptive and responsive to the needs of
business and industry, Luzerne County Community College is a leader in
