This training and re�training, so vital to
the economic development of Northeastern Pennsylvania, is a primary focus
of Luzerne County Community Colleges Corporate Learning Center located on
Public Square in downtown Wilkes-Barre. |

At the Center, the College partners with business and
industry to offer a wide range of customized training in a flexible,
convenient, accessible facility.
In addition, the Center is the ideal
location to deliver vital information through workshops, seminars,
teleconferences, and distance learning. The Center is equipped with
advanced technology and able to provide the interactive learning necessary
for workforce training. With a proven track record of being receptive and
responsive to the needs of business and industry, Luzerne County Community
College is a leader in delivering training at a setting close to the
workforce.
The Center is also available to business and industry as a
rental facility for conferences, seminars, custom training. The Corporate Learning Center is also an ideal location to
start your undergraduate education. A variety of credit classes are
offered that can get you started on your way to completing that diploma,
certificate or degree.

Luzerne County Community College's Corporate Learning Center is a complete educational and training
facility featuring: |
Four networked computer labs ranging in size from 15 to 20 stations and featuring the latest operating
systems and software packages
Two 840 sq. ft. seminar rooms designed to accommodate up to 40 people
A 1,000 sq. ft. multi-purpose room that can seat 55 people and be configured in a variety of fashions
Five traditional rooms equipped for classes of up to 22 students
A private conference room for a small meeting of up to 12 people
Video-conferencing equipment, laptop computers, and “smart classroom” roll-about units
Compressed video and audio reception capabilities in all rooms
Complete presentation equipment from VCRs to computer projection systems to laser printers.
All rooms have Marker boards (white boards), Projector screens, and table-top lecterns.
Other equipment that we have available: Easels and Flip
charts, Cassette/CD player, TV/VCR, Overhead Projector, Slide Projector,
PowerPoint System and a Lectern with Microphone
