Firefighting, search and rescue, lethal weapons training, and emergency vehicle maneuvers are all intended to make sure personnel know appropriate skills, to create a safe and productive work environment, and to reduce costly workplace injuries. Training courses will be designed to encourage students to make the right decisions in possible life-and-death situations. This facility will be able to train more than 4,000 fire fighters, emergency medical technicians, and police officers as well as enhance LCCC's credit curriculum for its Criminal Justice, EMT and Fire Science programs.
