2009 Certification Exams
Pre-application Meetings these meetings are scheduled prior to the application deadline. The purpose of the meeting is to review the application process and the common errors encountered that will cause an application to be rejected. Individuals intending to make application for an upcoming certification are encouraged to attend a mandatory pre-application meeting. Please bring you application with you to be reviewed.
Application deadlines applications will be accepted in the PSTI office until 5:00 pm on the dates indicated. Certification fee is due with the application. Checks should be made out to Luzerne CCC, PSTI and mailed to:

Refunds, less 20% of the application fee, will be given upon written request (e-mail acceptable) until 12 noon the day prior to the written exam. Refund requests will not be honored after that time.
Applications received the day of the deadline and having errors or missing information will be rejected and candidate will need to select another date for certification.

To remain a certification evaluator, you Must Attend An evaluator update workshop annually.

New Evaluators
This workshop is for this individuals interested in becoming certification evaluators. You must be certified to the level you wish to evaluate. In addition to this workshop, you will need to apprentice before being approved as an evaluator.
