2011 Certification Exams
Application Deadlines:
Applications will be accepted in the PSTI office from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm on the dates indicated. All applications must be completed in ink and be completely filled out, have all required supporting documentation, and signatures. Certification fee is due with the application. Checks should be made payable to Luzerne CCC, PSTI and mailed to:

Refunds:
Less 20% of the application fee will be given upon written request, email acceptable, until 12 noon the day prior to the written exam. Refund requests will not be honored after that time.
Applications received the day of the deadline and having errors or missing information will be rejected. Candidates will need to select another date for certification.

Firefighter 1 – $100.00

Firefighter Certification re-tests dates: April 26 and Sept 20 at 6:30 pm:
Haz Mat Awareness Certification - $15
Applications are due one week prior to test date with fee and all supporting documentation, and required signatures.
