The following cost estimate has been established based on the training facilities previously described. The estimate takes a "phased" build out approach. The phases have been determined based on the priority needs indicated in the survey results.

Phase 1-This phase includes the entire site development including utilities, burn building, drill tower and interior live burn props. This phase also includes the apparatus/storage/classroom/ temporary office area building and maintenance shop. The total cost estimate for Phase 1 is: $5.1 million.
Phase 2-This phase adds the LSDA (Low Speed Driving Area). The total cost estimate for Phase 2 is: $2.3 million.
Phase 3-Reflects the addition of more training props such as exterior live fire simulations, confined space rescue, and law enforcement shooting range. $3.2 million
Phase 4-The Phase adds the main administrative building that will permanently house classrooms, instructor offices, and administrative offices. At the conclusion of this phase, the offices and two classrooms will be moved out of the apparatus building. The total cost estimate for Phase 4 is: $5.5 million.
