Extend holiday greetings; Greet, instruct, and compliment employees; Explain employment issues; Instruct employees about cleaning procedures; Give commands concerning housekeeping & maintenance; Check-in, attend to, and check-out Spanish-speaking clients; Give emergency commands; and Give directions for landscape and grounds maintenance

This program also contains the following appendices: Stating Money Amounts; The use of Decimals and Commas in Latin America; The Spanish Surname System; Dates; Hotel Vocabulary; and Hotel Signs. This program is intended for any non-Spanish-speaking hotel manager/supervisor and/or employee who works directly with Spanish-speaking employees and/or clientele.
