With Spanish for Office Personnel, you will be able to do the following (and more) in Spanish:
  • Greet customers and clients;
  • Make appointments;
  • Gather personal data;
  • Receive and make calls;
  • Handle payments, returns, and refunds;
  • Assist walk-in customers and clients; and
  • Deal with disgruntled clients
This program also contains the following appendices: Common Spanish First and Last Names; Glossary of Terms for the Office; The Spanish Alphabet; Metric Equivalents; and Universal Forms (Application for Employment and Application for Credit). To assist secretaries and receptionists with appointments, this program includes a laminated Power Spanish Appointment Card at no additional charge.
