Position Title: PT KEYS Student Facilitator (Grant funded until 6/30/2019)

Position Classification: Part-Time Administration

Minimum Position Qualifications:

  1. Education - Bachelor's Degree in Education or related field.

  2. Experience - Two (2) years experience working with students or clients in education or social work setting; experience working with SNAP and TANF clients preferred.

  3. Skills - Well-developed communication skills; computer literate, including proficiency in Microsoft Officeproficient in Microsoft Office products; knowledge of Ellucien preferred.

    Position Responsibilities:

    Collect and review weekly student attendance to ensure program compliance; complete required data entry accurately and on time; maintain ongoing and scheduled contact with KEYS students; communicate and collaborate with college and CAO staff; develop and maintain individual student education plans including career goals; monitor academic progress; refer students for appropriate college support services as needed; guide students in overcoming barrier for success; maintain accurate, organized and detailed student records; flexible schedule and travel required.

    Entry Salary: $23.81/hour

    Standard Work Week: 25 hours
