The certificate of specialization in small business operations helps the student to develop the particular applied business skills needed to succeed working in a small business. This program is ideal for individuals working in careers such as cosmetology, automotive technology, electrical construction, plumbing, heating and air conditioning technology among others.

This program provides the student the opportunity to:
