Upcoming Dumplings of the World Courses
In this 2 day course we will show you how to make dumplings from a variety of cultures from around the globe. We start locally with the Pierogi, and continue our exploration with wonton from China, ravioli from Italy, Mexican empanadas, samosas from India and more. Learn how to make the various doughs and fillings from scratch. No prior knowledge is necessary, and all are encouraged to attend. All culinary courses include a $20 per session/per participant materials fee. All recipes created will be distributed at the completion of each course and take home samples will be plentiful. Please, bring containers. All participants (unless noted) must be 18 years of age or older.
