Luzerne County Community College participates in five basic programs to help students offset the cost of higher education. These include the Federal Pell Grant, PA State Grant (PHEAA), Federal Stafford Loan, (both subsidized and unsubsidized), Federal College Work Study and Federal Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grant. Luzerne County Community College’s Financial Aid Office is located in Building 5 (five), Room 508. Office hours are normally 8:00am to 5:00pm. 1-800-377-5222 ext 389
