Upcoming Sushi and Spring Rolls Courses
Do you admire the beautiful sushi rolls when dining out, but pass it up because you are unsure of what exactly is inside? Well take our class and learn how to custom make your own favorites at home. A common misconception is that sushi is raw fish, however the word sushi refers to the seasoned rice used in the rolls. We will learn how to make sushi from a wide variety of ingredients. Any seafood used will be fully cooked, and there will be a wide variety of vegetables that will appeal to many tastes. Join us and learn how to make these delicious and beautiful treats. We will also make delicate spring rolls. NO RAW FISH will be used in our classes, as that should be left to professionals. All culinary courses include a $20 per session/per participant materials fee. All recipes created will be distributed at the completion of each course and take home samples will be plentiful. Please, bring containers. All participants (unless noted) must be 18 years of age or older.
