With the development of these new packages, it allows LCCC training to be more affordable and allows us to better serve your department/company. Haz Mat Awareness

As per the Pennsylvania State Fire Academy the goal of this course is to prepare students who, in the course of their normal duties, could encounter an emergency involving hazardous materials/weapons of mass destructin (WMD). They are expected to recognize the presence of a hazardous material/WMD, call for trained personnel to assist, secure and protect the area. This course serves as initial training as required under 29CFR 1910.120 and the educational requirements of NFPA 472 standard to the Awareness level. Pre requisition: None. Referenced text: Jones & Bartlett: hazardous Materials Awareness & Operations, First or Second Edition. Fire Ground Support

As per Pennsylvania State Fire Academy upon successful completion an entry level firefighter shall be able to identify and utilize basic knowledge, skill, and abilities as they relate to fire ground operations. Pre requisites: minimum age 14 years old at the start of class. Completion of Intro. to the Fire Service. Class dates: 3/30, 4/1, 4/6, 4/7, 4/11, 4/13, 4/15/2021. A candidate should meet the requirements of NFPA 1582, Standard on Medical Requirements for Firefighters and information for Fire Department Physiciansprior to physical testing to ensure his/her ability to safely perform the required tasks. Haz Mat Operations

As per Pennsylvania State Fire Academy the goal of this program is to provide the emergency responder with the training needed to comply with First Responder Operations Level Training identified in the NFPA 472 Core Competencies and in the Hazardous Materials Waste Operations and Emergency Response (Hazwoper) regulations. In addition, this program will provide the emergency responder with skills needed to comply with NFPA 472 Chapter 6.2 Mission Specific Personal Protective Equipment for the First Responder and Chapter 6.1 Mission Specific Product Control for the First Responder at the Operations Level. Traffic Incident Management

Establishes the foundation and consistent training for all responders to incidents involving operations on or near a highway. This lecture emphasizes responder safety, safe, quick clearance, and prompt, reliable interoperable communications between all responder disciplines. This training is available to Fire, EMS, Towing, PTC/PennDOT, PSP and Municipal Police. TIM Train the Trainer

This is a 7.5 hour training course and is FREE and available to all emergency responders. Prerequisites: Students must have some trainer experience or be experienced trainers and have taken a TIM class prior to this class. We will go over the entire TIM class in detail, you MUST attend the entire session and MUST participate in the training. You will also be expected to commit to teaching or co-teaching a TIM class within one year of taking the TtT. This training is available to: Fire, EMS, Towing, PTC/PennDOT, PSP and Municipal Police.
