Admission to Luzerne County Community College is open to any person with a high school diploma or GED wishing to attend higher education. LCCC offers you the chance to pursue their degree through open admissions, educational support, and low tuition. Admission is determined without regard to race, color, creed, sex or national origin of the applicant.
