Enrollment Verifications are an official statement of a student's enrollment record. It contains enrollment and degree conferral information completed at Luzerne County Community College.
The Registrar's Office can certify only for current, past terms, and registered future terms. An Enrollment Verification will contain the following information:
- Anticipated graduation date
- Program of study
- Undergraduate classification
- Enrollment status (i.e., a full/part-time student based on semester credits)
- Number of credits and credit total
Current Students - When you click the link below, you will be taken to the Student Intranet to verify your account. After logging in, click 'Proceed to Enrollment Verification' to be taken to the National Student Clearinghouse website.
Students that are not currently enrolled may optain enrollment verification directly on the National Student Clearinghouse website or complete the following Enrollment Verification Form. You can submit the form by mail (521 Trailblazer Drive, Nanticoke, PA 18634), or by email via your LCCC email account to RO@luzerne.edu. You can also stop by the Registrar's Office at the Nanticoke Campus.
All Enrollment Verifications are official and bear the College's seal or the signature of the The Vice President of Enrollment Management and Student Affairs.
In the case of students who have graduated from the College, the verification will provide the date of graduation, the degree conferred, and, if requested, enrollment history. Enrollment Verification does NOT provide information about individual course grades or Grade Point Average (See Transcript Information if you require this information).
