What does a Retention Specialist do?
Our role as retention specialist is to help you with the completion of the enrollment process, assist and help you solve financial issues, coach and guide you through administrative, financial and academic perceived barriers, support your understanding of the college policies and procedures, as well as maintain engagement in proactive outreach and ongoing contact with students.
